TOMB RAIDER REBOOT CASTS INTO THE BADLANDS STAR DANIEL WU

According to Variety, the actor, who play the role of Sunny in the AMC series Into the Badlands, will star as a ship captain named Lu Ren who aids Lara Croft (Alicia Vikander) as she wants to find her father.

Norwegian director Roar Uthaug is helming the film reboot, which is based on Square Enix's popular video game franchise of the same name. In addition to Vikander and Wu, the movie will star The Hateful Eight's Walton Goggins as the villain.
